Every year, I think I am going to start my planning for the holiday season early to avoid the frenzied chaos I usually wind up in, but my good intentions don’t always pan out.  My problem is, I don’t have a PLAN for my planning; no way of organizing what I’m planning in my head. I write things down (sometimes) but then I can’t find my notes. I cut out a recipe, but don’t remember where I put it. Sound familiar?
